2000 Jeep Cherokee overheating

help!!!! I have changed the water pump, hoses, thermostat, had the radiator flushed and had the head gasket replaced, engine is still overheating. I have been dealing with this issue since last April. I have used over 5 gallons of antifreeze since January, no external leaks...I don't know what to do next...please help

What are pressure test results? Have you tested the cap? Combustion gas detected? I'd like to poke around with an infrared temp. gun if these tests all pass.

All passed, I have also replaced the radiator cap twice

With a temp gun you can get an idea what's going on - if stat's working, radiator flow, etc...
I've heard of an impeller falling off the water pump but never seen one...
