The engine overheated, I have changed the thermostat (twice), put in new water pump and new radiator. It still overheats. The upper radiator hose does not feel hot after the temp gauge goes over the 210 mark (thermostat is 195). Also, when I add coolant to the bottle, it does not drain out. It will drain after I run the engine for a while. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

You've replaced the thermostat/water pump and radiator. But did you bleed the cooling system-could be air lock. Get the system block and pressure tested something is causing it to overheat
