1993 Jaguar XJ6 PROCEDURE USED IN REPLACING REAR CALIPERS

Brakes problem
1993 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 69000 miles

I AM IN BIZ FOR MYSELF, DON'T DO A LOT OF IMPORT WORK. TRYING TO FIX THE BRAKES FOR MY STEP SON. HAVING DIFFICULTY REMOVING REAR CALIPERS. IS THERE A SECRET?

There is nothing special about replacing the rear calipers on this jaguar. Steps are below, what exactly are you stuck on as far as not being able to remove them?

No problem.

The parking brake caliper will need removed first in order to service the rear brake caliper. I have placed the removal steps for the parking brake caliper along with the remaining steps for the regular rear caliper below. . Hope this helps you out..
