Hi
Difficult problem. My 2.8 TD trooper runs like a dream, start easily when hot or cold. Except when it snows! Then runs for about 40 seconds and then seems starved of fuel? Cannot figure this out as it runs well when its a lot colder. Just when it snows it seems to stop? Hope you can help spread some light on this matter.

You can try dry gas, might be a problem with gas tank just gunking up with the right temp at 32 deg when it snows, due to humidity.

Replace your fuel filter, as water can build up inside of it. New, after adding a bottle of Gas Treatment, a bottle of Dry Gas and topping your tank off as much as you can, replace your gas cap. It's only about 6-10 and it will help seal your tank from the outside air. I hope this helps.
