gear locked

I have a 1988 Isuzu Trooper II 259000 miles with a 2.6 manual. I am able to use 1st 3rd 4th and 5th gears but unable to use the 2nd gear do i need a new clutch or is there a simple way of unlocking this gear because i hate to miss a gear your help would be very appreciative but unfortunately at this time i am unable to donate i have no money really that is why i need your help thank you for your time.

Sorry but it sounds like the trans needs to come out and be repaired or rebuilt.If all other gears work then 2nd gear obviously has the problem. You really should have it fixed before any kind of debris in the trans causes more damage
