Because of the large mounting flange, the old pipe/hoses will not wiggle they're way out of the obstructed pathway. As for removal I can cut the old ones. The problem persists when I try to reinstall w/ the new ones. The flange seems to large to fit through the pathway. Do you know if this is one of those situations where something like dropping the front differential a tad or raising the engine a little, is necessary? If so I'd appreciate knowing the correct method to accomplish whichever of these is the easiest?

I have done a few of these, and yes they are tight but they are doable. There are a couple brackets above the cross member that hold the hoses in place.I'm sure raising the motor a little would help. But it is not necessary.
