car rpms rev from 800 or so to 1000 rpms while idling at stoplights.any suggestions?it dips back to 800 then back up to 1000.

vacuum leaks or bad idle air control

Thanks! What is a vacuum leak?Is that part of the cooling system.also I just replaced air filter
