I think its something with the fuel

OK I'm not asking this question for my self I'm asking for my boyfriend he has a 1996 jeep Cherokee country 4.0 yesterday we filled the tank up full for the first time (by the way we just bought the jeep from another person and we have had it for about 2 weeks) and after we put the gas in we drove about 10-15 miles got home and had not turned the jeep off yet because we were gonna leave again and now it won't start again its almost like its not getting fuel to the engine and the gas seems like its a cloud color please help he needs to get to his first day of work at his new job tomorrow

Check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. Turn key on with gas cap off and see if you can hear pump running you should if not it may be electrical problem so check fuse and relay under hood.

The fuel pump cuts on and everything he checked that and he checked the fuel filter I was reading something and it said something about a anti theft fuel cutoff system if it was that where would it be located at

You reset it with your ignition key if no manual look online on how to reset anti theft

Thank you for your advice and information about the jeep but we figured out what the problem was we had to replace the fuel pump inside the tank because it was not getting enough pressure to the fuel rails but since we tell replaced it the jeep had be running perfectly and thank you again
