2001 Hyundai XG300 Repair Question

Fuel tank shuts off
Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Hyundai XG300 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 85662 miles
You can't put more than a few dollars worth of gas in the car. We had the charcoal filter replaced and the lines that were kinked straightened out and we still have a problem. Hyundai dealers locally say it sounds like the shut off valve but I've read horror stories on line of people spending hundreds of dollars replacing all sorts of things and nothing working.
Any thoughts and any estimate as to how much replacing the shut off should cost?

There is a technical service bulletin on the roll-over valves. There are also test procedures to verify...or narrow down anyways.

There is a restriction that needs to be troubleshot. A dealer is more apt to throw parts than test.
The dealer can quote of on the valve. I can get some test details if you like.
