1999 Hyundai Lantra 4 cyl Automatic

i have a 1999 hyundai lantra that has been over heating. No leaks from hoses, have replaced thermostat, have recently had a service done (oil change etc.) Have to have the air-con running to stop car from over heating so quickly. Have no ideas on whats happening help please

Seems like radiator fan may not be coming on as it should, otherwise the a/c being on would only make the overheating worse. When the a/c is turned on, there is a switch that tells the radiator fan to come on as well. But when the a/c is not on, the radiator fan is turned on by the engine coolant temp. Sensor.
