2000 Hyundai Elantra feul turn off at pump over and over

When at gas pump the pump shuts off after about 1 gal is put in tank I have to pump very slow to add gas

Check the evap canister solenoid, is there a check engine light on?

YES MY LITE IS ON
I REMOVED VAPER LINE TO CANISTER WILL TRY MORE GAS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS
