1997 Hyundai Elantra transmission fluid tempature sensor A

Trying to find out how to do removal and instalation of Emissions code comes back po712 only thing im getting from every one is most likley a shorted trans temp sensor remove the pan. That dosnt tell me anything. Hope you can help me out. Thank you.

Just as if you are draining the transmission fluid to remove the trans filter.

Instead of just removing the switch, you need to also check the wiring for cut, frayed or burned wires.
