2006 Hummer H3 blower motor

2006 Hummer H3 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
When I connected the blower to the battery it worked fine. After several more test I think I lost the ground. I momentarily grounded the one terminal on the fan harness and the fan started to run. What would you recommend to repair this?

Pull the connection at the resistor. If it is burned, replace the resistor and conenctor/terminal. There is also a harness available with that connector, it is a bit more in price, but is plug and play.
