Front hub bearing replacement, humming noise at highway speed?

Humming noise at highway speed and down to 40 MPH noise. Tire pressure seems fine (unless inner damage is occurring but has not manifested itself in a puncture yet). I think it is the hub bearing coming apart. I need a replacement guide. Thank you for your help.

Sure, this is common for the bearing hub to make noise when going out but please check the tire tread for "feathering" as well. Here is how to change the front bearing hub out for a new part. These instructions have the torque specs as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
