The belt going around the power steering pump which I believe is the drive belt broke on my car and i'm trying to put it back on but I can find no tendion bolts or anything else. How would I reinstall the belt.

There should be a bolt or two that losten up the Power Steering pump, you losten them up and then install the new belt, then there should be a square hole on the bracket, when you find that, you can use a 1/2 inch ratchet in the hole and pull it tight while you tighten the power steering bolts down.

On a Honda it is just a bit different than that. Yes there are two bolts that secure the pump in place but there is a system that loosens the tension on the belt and tighens it. Often they have two bolts on this system. You have to loosen the tensioner up too. It is located under the pump and generally faces the front of the car.
