How do you replace the blower moter on a 1997 honda passport

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION:
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Detach the blower motor connector.
Remove the attaching screw, then remove the blower motor assembly.
Remove the clip and fan, then remove the blower motor.
Remove the fan.
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Blower motor does not blow or make a sound, can't get any heat, have switch turned on low or high same result. So would it be the switch or the blower.
