Squeeky sound

Hi, I own a Honda Odyssey and it has 120,000 miles. Every time I hit my brakes it makes a horrible sound. I took it to the repair shop and they change the brake pads but still makes the sound. What do you think it can be?

Where exactly the sound its coming from?

Do they inspect the rear brakes also?

How long has been making that sound?

What year its your Van?

My van its a 99 and it has 140000 miles not 120.
I think the sound its coming from the brakes it has been doing that for like 8 months. They once told me that it was the emergency brake that was touch something.

Hello !
Well if the emergency / Parking brake its a rear brake sound.
What can`t understand its, why the mechanic didn`t fixed?

Did you explain that to him?

That can be dangerous!

8 months.
That`s a lot of time! Its the sound loud?
I mean its noticeable from outside?
That way you can ask to somebody "hear" where the sound exactly come from and pin point the problem.
