Brake sounds grinning does not turn off

The brake sounds grinning does not turn off when you release the brake, I need front brakes.

Here is the information you requested. The brakes might be sounding that due from having metal on metal contact from worn pads worn pads. This is a tutorial showing what is involved on how to change front brake pads and brake rotors.
