My vehicle started making a weird noise. After driving for about half hour to forty five minutes it starts making a noise that sounds like brakes grinding but if you tap on the brake the noise stops for a minute or so. Sometimes even jiggling the steering wheel makes the noise stop in the same manner. The noise seems to be coming from the rear passenger side, possibly the wheel. Any clue to what it may be?

Hi dori111,

It is not easy to diagnose what the noise might be online and since it is affected by steering and brake operations, I would suggest checking the rear wheel bearings and brake pads/shoes condition. Brake pads might be running low.
