I own the above noted and I am wondering what should be done for the tune up of my vehicle. May yu please break it down for me. I.E. Belts, spark plugs etc.
What is the desired km's I should be having this service perfomed? Finally when should I change my battery?
I still have the original battery. What is the life of a battery? Thanks your cooperation is much appreciated.

Hi rapallodraft,

Vehicles nowadays do not require much on tune ups and the common things that you need to do is to replace the oil and filter at intevals of 7500 miles under normal driving conditions.

Air filters are checked, cleaned or replaced when necessary, usually done during oil changes.

Spark plugs would last up to 60,000 miles if iridium plugs are used.

Batteries need not be recharged, the alternator is responsible for keeping it fully charged when vehicle is running and normal battery lifespans are 2 years onwards depending on the type.

Beltings should be checked and replaced as and when necessary (visual inspections shoud be carried periodically), usual lifespan depends on the adjustment but in your case auto tensioners are used so it should last at least 40,000 miles per change.
