Honda civic 2003 ex 22,000 miles

my problem is tha ive changed 02 sensor twice and still gives me the code and the ligh wont turn off ive tried reseting it but the light just comes back on I scan it and keeps on with the 02 sensor bad. Please help

Are you changine the right one? You have a pre-convertor O2 sensor and a post convertor O2. If you are sure you are changing the right sensor then check the wiring to the sensor. A open in the wiring to the sensor will cause the check engine light to come on.
