code 134 please help

my car has been acting really weird for the past week its a 2000 honda civic the check engine light came on . i took it to the shop and they told me that it didnt have anything i asked for the code and he gave me 134code .any help? he said i might need a sensor .when i stop it stalls sometimes and then it has trouble running it gets stuck and it wont get no gas ...any help please thnks

You have a problem with the oxygen sensor circuit-no activity on bank1 sensor1
