Code 134 please help

My car has been acting really weird for the past week its a 2000 honda civic the check engine light came on. I took it to the shop and they told me that it didnt have anything I asked for the code and he gave me 134code. Any help? He said I might need a sensor. When I stop it stalls sometimes and then it has trouble running it gets stuck and it wont get no gas . Any help please thnks

You have a problem with the oxygen sensor circuit-no activity on bank1 sensor1
