2001 Honda Civic 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 135000 miles
I had 2001 honda civic lx with 135000 miles...suddenly in the morning ...i tried to on A/C fan ..it dint work .i checked the engine cooling fan i found they were not working either...i checked fuses..they are good...please help me how do i figure out the problem.

The cooling fans would only turn on when the fan switch is activated by the coolant temperature when the A/C is not used and this can take up 20 minutes of running time or more.
When A/C is turned on and the compressor does not engage, the cooling fans would not work as well.
You need to find out why the compressor is not engaging. It could be a blown fuse, low on refrigerant, faulty A/C switch, relay or PCM.
Try swapping the A/C clutch relay.
