my three belts (alternator, power steering and air conditioning) are rusty and getting worn out. I want to fix it but I took to a workshop and they are charging me $103. Is that expensive? I dont know how much the bets cost?

It's about an hr labor time's 80-100 per hr?That's just a rough estimate there a couple of different engine's in the civic. Then you have the belt's which is about 53 so I would say that isn't a bad price to do that.
