My civic dose not pick up any reading from the diagnostic machine, when the machine is pluged in the reading is blank(please Connet To Car). So I cant pass emmissions and I cant get a tag. The check engine light is on@media(max-width: 250px) { .adt { display: none;padding:0; } }

Hi there,

You will have to get the ECU tested for an internal fault with the data collection system, also check that the Engine check light is on with the key on and engine of, if not check the globe and re scan.

It's probably a blown fuse. Check for power at pin 16 on the DLC (the bottom right corner of the connector)
