Hi.
I have a 97 Civic and I think the problem is the clutch. I was in the freeway and when I tried to shift from 3rd to 4th gear the clutch didn't even seem to work. The revolutions where like if I didn't pressed the clutch and the car didn't even wanted to shift.
Any suggestions? Please

Hi there,

First thing to do is check that the hydraulics are OK, check the fluid level and let me know if the pedal still has retention, that is you can feel some pressure when you push it down, if this is so, just make sure that the transmission oil level is OK, and if all that is good, you may be looking at replacing the clutch, I would at this stage get a mechanic to test drive and report on it for you.
