Hi, I have a problem with my ac, the condensor fuse keeps blowing. When I first start the car with a new fuse, it works fine. Then after like 5-10 min after the car is warmed up, the cooling fan turns on and pops the condensor fuse but the cooling fan is ok. I have replaced both relays and I have checked if the fans lock up or not and they are both fine. They spin easily with no problem.

For a quick and dirty troubleshooting method, try disconnecting each fan in turn and seeing if the fuse still blows.
