I have a 94 Honda Civic and lately my car hasnt been starting off and on. I can usually get it going with a boost but then immeditaly I turn it on when I have turned it off and it wont even make a sound. My interior light doesnt even work. I tried just now to boost it and I couldnt even start my car with that. What is wrong?

If car start and run after the jump (boost)
and continue to run after the jump removed
then the battery no good
replace the battery
do it soon before it damage the alternator

Hello !

Check your battery for holding capacity, clean the posts and terminals also check your alternator remove it and bench test it at your local autoparts (usually they do it for free).

Your problem its a weak battery due to a faulty alternator or battery.

Good Luck!
