Engine no start?

I have had this car started once, then it has lost its spark I am getting fuel, I replaced the icm checked for voltage at the distributor and I have voltage, I also have good grounds, just no spark. I also checked the coil its good.

Check and test the TDC/Crank angle sensor in the distributor

How do I check the TDC, there are two pickup sensers in the distributor one behind the rotor button and one behind that one

Check the resistances on it and also for short to ground-the fix here if its the problem is distributor replacement.

What kind of readings did you have on the coil's primary and secondary windings?

Also you need to check the wiring back to the computer for short and open if none found get the computer tested.

The readings on the coil were 1.0 and 16000 which is good right. I am stating to think I have a bad computor

If I have 12 volts on both terminals of the coil it should fire the plugs right.

Put a test light on the negative side of the coil and crank engine over it should be blinking

I did some more testing on the TDC and the other senser in the distributor, on the ac scale I got a reading of 1.0 on the senser at the bottom of the distributor and.32 on the senser on the top of the distributor. On the ohm scale with the beep I got a reading of.298 and when I turned the distributor shaft I get a beep on the meter when each time the sensers make contact with thier contact wheel.

Earlier I gave you the specs for the TDC/Sensor check the resistances if it out of specs replace the distributor-

The specs are low at 298 ohms, comparedto what it needs to be, your specs say it should be 350 to 700. So I should replace the distributor.

Everything you have tested or checked came out good in relates to no spark-The TDC sensor didn't make it-my last respond will be to replace the distributor
