1994 Honda Civic engine just shut down

My daughter was driving her car as usual when the check engine light came on and the engine shut down. Can you guys put me in the right area to start trouble shooting the problem.

Let's start by retriving the Diagnostic Trouble Code.

Bridge the SCS with a paper clip and turn ignition switch on. Count the flashes on the CEL and post the results here.

Long flashes = 10
short flashes = 1.
