1994 Honda Civic blew my head gasket

I blew my head gasket and after I changed it aswell as my intake manifold gasket the car idles bouncing between 1200 and 1900 rpms and smokes really bad

Did you re-surface the head at an engine shop? Did you torque the head bolts in the PROPER sequence, and with proper torque? Did you use new head bolts?

Check your timing belt marks, check for vacuum leaks and check your IACV.
