When I turn on my car and accelerate, the exhaust spits oil or water. It's dark liquid.

I just brought the car and the guy told me the valve cover leaks oil so the gaskets need to be replaced and the car came with a new radiator to be installed. Could the exhaust problem be because I need to fix these 2 things?

thanks in advance!

Ok without a compression test and a chemical test on the coolant system its impossible to say. The chemical test is used to determine if there are any gases getting into the radiator as in a blown head gasket or cracked head. This can be done at most shops or radiator shop.
