Hi,
I have Honda Accord 1990 Lx.
when I start the car, it starts smoothly, and may be after about 2 km driving,(once the engine gets heated up?) if I am going above 50Km speed the car runs smoothly. After, I stop the car at the signal or slowing down,( about 30 to 40 Km speed) when I accelerate the car, i feel a kind of vibration and then it picks up speed smoothly.
I have changed a set of new spark plugs and wires/new battery also. But still the problem exists. Please calrify.
Thanks
Muthu

If you get to the range of the vibration, does it continue to vibrate at that speed or does it go away? Where do you feel the vibration from, the steering wheel, etc?

"I get the vibration from front hood(probably from the engine). When I accelerate, when the rpm meter reaches around 1500 or 40 kilometer speed I get vibration for about few seconds and when the rpm keep increasing it disappears. If I am driving on high rpm that is morethan 1500 or more than 50 kilometer speed, the car is smooth and goes well.
Another important thing, if I start the car after few hours of rest in the parking lot,( in the morning or in the evening after my office hours) for the first 3 to 5 kilometers absolutely no noticeable vibration or anything its very smooth. Once the engine gets heated up (only may be after two signal stops) I will start feeling the same problem again after every traffic lights.
Thanks
