My car turns over, but wont start.

I have a 95 V4 Honda Accord with 135,000 miles on it. It turns over but will not start. There is a spark and there is gas in the fuel lines. There is no power to the windows. If I hold the key down the car stays on, but as soon as I let go it turns off. Please help!

And the windows start to work if you try to start the car, but not in the normal position where it should.

If you are able to get the car started but only after the key is held in a certain position, I would suspect the starter switch.
