HONDA ACCORD 2000 MILEAGE 150000. WE REPLACED THE BATTERY ON OUR HONDA THE PANEL LIGHTS HAVE ALL COME ON AND WON'T TURN OFF WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE?

What panel lights come on, explain more. If you are talking about the lights on the dash, such as those that come on when you turn the ignition switch to the start position without actually starting it then I suspect the switch it self or a grounding problem.
