HELP! - Cruise Control Not Working

I recently took my Accord into the dealership for general service maintenance, ie, oil change, tire rotation, fill fluids, etc. Also, I noticed it was sometimes difficult for me me to put my car into drive, park, reverse etc. The shop replaced my brake lamp switch and gave me a tune up. Afterwards, I noticed my Cruise Control light comes on but the Cruise Control does not work. The shop is now wanting to charge me money to diagnose the problem. Did replacing the brake light switch have anything to do with my Cruise Control not working anymore?

I would say yes, brake switch stops te cruise from working. Here is the cruise control wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
