The door locks are not operating properly. Per the manual the door lock multiplexer (door lock relay) is locaited under the dash passanger side. How do I get to it to replace and replace it if needed?

Hello,

It almost always is the switch that goes bad from rain water getting in it from the window being open. you should test that first, you will have to remove the door panel to get to the switch and I have attach diagrams to perform the test do this first and if it checks out ok then we can go farther into the issue. You will need a Volt ohm meter to do this. Have you checked the fuses though? That's good the to verify first. Here is a link on how to check your fuses, check them all just to be sure.
