My whole car shut off while i'm driving, as if I parked and turn my ignition off. This happen on many occasions. When it first started it cut off when i'm waiting at a light, now it progressed to while i'm driving. First it would start immediately when I turn the engine on again, now I need to wait about 5 min to turn the engine on again. What can cause this and approx does it cost to fix it?

Could be anything. You need to have stuff hooked up when it doesn't start to see what you are missing. Fuel gauge, spark tester, noid light are just a few. Any codes? Anything noticeable before it dies out. No idea what to give you a price on when we don't know what is wrong with it. Has anything been done to the car recently?

It could be an ignition switch. Let me ask you this. When the car shuts off, does everything shut off? Like if somebody had disconnected the Battery?

Yes. It shut off completely at random time. When it show off, it lock the brake. When the car is completely stop, I just start the ignition again. The car start again.
