1997 Honda Accord Transmisison Problem

I recently purchased a transmission off the junkyard because my transmission wouldn't reverse anymore so I installed the one I just purchased and im having the same problem still and on the panel the d4 light stays blinking, it only goes forward and when I put it on neutral or reverse it make a really loud noise please help me to understand the problem.

Thank you for the donation.

When the D4 lamp is blinking, an error has been detected by the PCM and you need to retrieve the Diagnostic Error Code.

Connect the SCS with a jumper as illustrated and turn ignition switch on. Count the flashes on the D4 lamp, long flash = 10. Short flash = 1
