I live in Miami, and my Accord had gotten flooded out last Friday due to a storm. The water came up to the bottom of the seat and I have not been able to start it since. What should I do? Should I let it dry out? If so, how long does it take to dry out? Are there any parts that may need to be replaced? Please help!

Does it crank or not crank? Check all the fuses, check the battery voltage and check all the ground and power cables to ensure they aren't corroded.

Yes it does crank, but it doesn't completely turn over. It sounds better than it did before, but I'm assuming it's because I've been letting it dry out when the weather permits.
