Electrical problem
1994 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I brought it to the shop because the car was overheatin ad just shutting off at random times. Then I replaced the head gasket and it stopped overheating but still always stalled. They told me it was either the ignition module or coil.I replaced the whole distributor and then tried that. No luck.I checked the coil and theres power going in but none coming out. So I replaced the coil, and still no power is coming out.

Hi Teahmarie,

If power is getting to the ignitioon coil and not coming out, either the coil or ICM is faulty.
Since you have replaced the head gasket, I would suggest checking the grounds at the thermostat housing.

After the engine stalls, was it easy to resart? Are you sure it was due to ignition or fuel problem?
