1988 Honda Accord Repair Question

1988 Honda Accord Oil leak.
Hi.
I have an oil leak in my engine. It has been leaking slowly since I got it back from being repaired at a mechanics. Could they have done something to have caused it, and how serious is it?

first check where the leak its coming from could be just a loose oil filter or drain bolt.
