When I start my car anytime during the day it has a rough start. And it starts to make a sound that sounds like coffee brewing. And it has a rough time getting up to speed. What is wrong with my car. I already replaced the spark plugs, oil change, new battery, and replace the computer chip.

Could be a few different things, Ignition system failing (coils, wires), does it smoke when it starts? Is it flooding out? And more details? See if the spark plugs are wet after you start it.

No it does smoke at all. And I checked the spark plugs. Not wet at all. And it isn't flooding

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first autoparts rent gauge. Also check for a vacuum leak like hoses broken etc. Also clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.

Ok lets try to help, can't just tell you what's wrong its not that simple. So first off is the engine light on? If so do you have the codes? What spark plugs did you use? Was this a problem before replacing everything? When you say computer chip what do you mean?
