Okay, at first heater worked wonderful then all of sudden if you hit bump too hard it would turn off then hit another bump it come back on. Now I hit railroad tracks one day and it turned off and never came back on. Have looked at all fuses wires coolant levels it is just not coming on at all anymore. What is going on? I live in Indiana one day it is warm next day two degrees. I need heat badly with my four year old riding in car as well. Please help.

This sounds more like a ground wire problem more than anything else, especially since you hit a bump and it quits/starts. Depending on your system whether auto or manual there are different places to check on right rear of engine check for any loose/corroded or broken wires there as well as right side of engine compartment (pass side) and left handside of dash.
