Heater core hoses?

The vehicle listed above is emitting steam out of the vents on the dash. I suspect the heater core is faulty. Where are the heater hoses located on the engine? Also, do you have a video on removing/reinstalling the heater core?

Hi,

The heater hoses are mounted to the heater core from under the hood against the firewall. If you look at pic 1 below, you will see what to look for.

I don't have a video, but I have the shop manual directions. You will need to recover the Freon/refrigerant from the AC unit to do this, and it does require a special tool. Once things are back together, then the AC will need to be recharged.

After the first picture below, I added the directions for removing the heater core. Take a look through them and let me know if you have questions and if this helps.
