Headlights will not go out with switch or auto feature. We have replaced the headlight switch. Headlights will go out when breaker is removed. I have read that it may be the body control module. Any ideas?

The headlights go into the daytime running light module so that may be bad. Any mechanic with a pro scanner can scan for codes to see if that is the problem. It probably is if everything else has been checked.
