After replacing the water pump, head gasket and timing chain; the engine cranks but does not start?

Hi,

Is it possible for you to record it cranking and upload it for me to hear? Also, if starting fluid made no change, check to make sure there is spark at the plugs.

Let me know what you find. Also, if I can hear it cranking, I should be able to tell if there is a timing issue.
