Not starting

Tries to start but, seems like it's not able to, I thought it got wet.

Hello,

Can you hear the fuel pump kick on in the fuel tank for 5 seconds? Turn the key on without cranking the engine over to see if you can hear the pump here is a guide to help us as well.
