My oil gage seams to be high the niddle is 3/4 of the way over when I am driving when the truck is not moving it goes to center or on 40

At 40mph is equal to/near 2K rpms-I would say check and monitor the oil pressure-could be the oil pressure relief valve is sticking or the sending unit is out of calibration.
