I have 1995 GMC Yukon that startered when I bought it, then it wouldn't start once I got it home. I saw that the braided ground wire broke from the frame. I hooked that back up & disconnected the neg. battery terminal & reconnected it & it started. I shut it off & I can't get it to start again. What can it be ?

It started and ran fine, then when I shut it off it wouldn't start (turn over) not even a click from the starter.

Double check the battery and connections if okay-check and test the following: Starter, starter relay, park/neutral switch and ignition switch.
